Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Louis-Allis 46S01676-0050 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 5110FAN8A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6018BZ10200C manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 549209 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 6180CSNV2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fem1 such as 6080930802 equipment made by Fem1 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fem1 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fem1" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6200081 made by Honeywell as well as the popular 57310001CX original spares produced by Asea

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 601800002 by Asco and 6080930802 spares by Fem1 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 620G2A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
